Service Description
SettleBot is an AI-powered settlement assistant designed specifically for international students settling in Nairobi, Kenya. Our service provides:

- Administrative process assistance (student permits, bank accounts, etc.)
- Essential services information (healthcare, transportation, telecommunications)
- Budget planning and cost estimation guidance
- Cultural integration information and local customs guidance
- 24/7 AI-powered conversational assistance

SettleBot provides information and guidance only. We do not provide legal advice, medical advice, or financial services. All information should be verified independently, and users should consult appropriate professionals for specific legal, medical, or financial matters.
User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of SettleBot, you must create a user account. By creating an account, you agree to:

- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Not Professional Advice
SettleBot does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Our guidance is informational only and should not replace consultation with qualified professionals.
Decision Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your settlement decisions. We do not guarantee specific outcomes based on our guidance, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on information provided by SettleBot.
Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Privacy and Data Collection

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service for your personal, non-commercial settlement needs as an international student.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to SettleBot. However, by using our Service, you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze your interactions to improve our AI and services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SettleBot and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from reliance on information provided by our AI assistant
- Any settlement decisions or outcomes based on our guidance
- Service interruptions, errors, or technical issues
- Actions of third parties or external services referenced in our guidance
Maximum Liability:
Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
Account Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or for other legitimate business reasons. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately. We may delete your account data according to our data retention policies. Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
